Sometimes shipping costs can be confusing and hard to figure out, so we’ve made it nice and easy. Here’s the key things to know.

All orders placed before 2pm will have same day dispatch. All orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following morning.
All orders will have a target delivery of 2-3 working days after the order is placed.
Auckland Metro are is eligible for same day delivery for $20 (for those times you're in a rush)! See below for metro exclusion zone.
All standard orders placed within the North Island will cost $15
All orders placed within the South Island will cost $25
Orders to be delivered to rural addresses will not incur any extra cost, however the delivery window will be 6-7 working days, instead of 2-3.

Metro Exclusion Zone: Orewa, Pukekohe, Beachlands, Kumeu, Riverhead, Helensville, Kaipara, Kaukapakapa & Titirangi. All other suburbs are eligible for Metro Same Day Delivery.
